VALOREM ambassador terms
Version v1.21-2026-10-09-r5 · Production founding ambassador terms
This ambassador program is operated by SEB Ventures, Inc. (VALOREM). Participation is voluntary, available to people aged 18 or older with a verified, enabled VALOREM account, and requires owner approval plus your personal acceptance of the current terms. Approval does not accept terms on your behalf. Participation is permitted only where lawful; age is self-confirmed, not independently verified. You must keep account information accurate and may not transfer your participation or share your account.
Founding ambassador arrangement
Mike’s approved offer is DIESELS550: 25% off the first billing cycle only for eligible new Plus and Pro subscribers, followed by the standard subscription price plus applicable tax. No stacking with Founding Access, complimentary grants or other promotions. The code has a maximum of 250 redemptions and no fixed expiry. VALOREM may pause or disable new redemptions. Activation requires completed review, your personal acceptance and release verification; a draft is not an available discount.
The recurring commission credit is 15% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected through Stripe for each paid regular billing cycle attributable to the ambassador. Eligible revenue is after discounts and excludes taxes, refunds and chargebacks; payment processor fees are not subtracted. Free access, credits, manual or out-of-band payments, failed charges, self-referrals, prior introductory claims and nonqualifying plans do not qualify. Mixed invoices, prorations and unverifiable collections are held for review rather than presumed eligible. Amounts are computed in USD cents, rounded once per invoice.
After production activation, eligible live transactions accrue commission credits subject to review. No cash payouts are enabled or currently scheduled. Legal and tax requirements, payment arrangements, and separate owner payout approval must be completed before payment; no payment date is promised in this release. Credits are retained for reconciliation and review, not silently forfeited because payouts are disabled. Test transactions never create real commission credits or payment obligations. Do not advertise the offer as live until VALOREM confirms activation.
Commission credits undergo monthly manual review after a minimum 30-day refund/chargeback hold. This review is not a promise of payment after 30 days; the cash payout schedule remains pending separate approval. Refunds proportionally reverse estimates; lost disputes reverse the affected estimate and open disputes place it on hold. Late refunds remain subject to reconciliation after the initial hold. There is no automatic transfer or payout scheduling in this version.
Attribution and accepted terms are retained with each qualifying subscription. Withdrawal or pausing stops new referrals; historical eligible subscription estimates remain reviewable and their renewal calculations retain the original accepted attribution. An owner fraud-review hold blocks review release without deleting ledger history. Participation does not authorize you to bind VALOREM, act as an employee or agent, or collect customer payments. Other participants without a separately configured offer continue to receive recognition only.
Honest promotion and disclosure
- Only describe your real experience. Do not invent testimonials, guarantee valuation accuracy, earnings, resale proceeds or savings, or imply that you are a VALOREM employee.
- Clearly disclose your relationship wherever you endorse VALOREM, close to the endorsement or link. For example: “I am a VALOREM founding ambassador and may earn a recurring commission when you subscribe using my link or code.” Disclose any other benefit you actually receive, including free or discounted access, payment, gifts, or a personal or business connection when relevant. Use clear language your audience understands in each endorsement; a profile-only statement, badge, or the words “affiliate link” alone may not explain the relationship. Do not hide disclosures behind a link or among hashtags; use visible and spoken disclosures for audiovisual endorsements and repeat them as needed in live streams. Do not rely solely on a platform disclosure tool.
- No spam, impersonation, misleading advertisements, fake accounts, self-referrals, account sharing or attempts to bypass eligibility and redemption limits. Do not buy advertisements using VALOREM branding, impersonate official domains or accounts, distribute codes through coupon aggregators, offer unauthorized incentives, or publish unapproved offers. No automated signups, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, purchased referrals, fabricated activity, or attempts to refer yourself through an alias or another account. Follow applicable advertising, privacy, messaging and platform rules. Honest criticism is allowed; recognition is not conditioned on a positive review. VALOREM may request correction or removal of misleading program claims or unauthorized use of its branding.
Attribution and offer limits
A referral link first asks whether you allow an optional first-touch cookie for up to 30 days on that browser. Declining does not prevent signup. You can remove the cookie and its pending visit record at Referral privacy; this does not erase prior account-linked attribution. A qualifying code checkout may also record attribution where no other ambassador is already credited. Link attribution requires a subsequent signup; blocked cookies, another browser, expiry, prior attribution or account eligibility can prevent credit. Counts are informational, may change after verification or subscription changes, and are not proof of commission entitlement. Contact support about errors; attribution is subject to abuse review.
Promotional codes, when active, have their own explicit eligible plans, discount amount, discount duration, redemption deadline (if any) and total redemption cap. The redemption deadline is not necessarily the date an existing customer’s discount ends. Introductory ambassador offers are for eligible new customers with verified email and cannot be combined with Founding Access or another introductory benefit. Previous subscribers, accounts with a recorded complimentary plan grant (including expired or revoked grants), and self-referrals are ineligible. A previous introductory claim may continue to block eligibility after cancellation or refund. An open Checkout can reserve limited capacity; a Stripe-confirmed expired session may release an unused reservation. Creating another account does not restore eligibility. The customer must review Stripe's final amount, taxes, renewal price and cancellation terms before purchasing. Do not promise a code is available until it is active.
Privacy
Ambassadors see aggregate counts, their own estimated earnings and recognition records, not referred customers' names, email addresses or payment details. VALOREM records the terms version, document hash, acceptance and withdrawal events, account-linked referral attribution, invoice and commission ledger records, recognition entries and owner audit events to administer the program and prevent abuse and repeat introductory claims. Referral visit tokens expire after 30 days; expired visit rows and their cookie-consent records are cleaned up when referral choices are processed or the hourly retention maintenance task runs while this feature is enabled. That expiry does not delete account-linked attribution, consent, billing or eligibility history. Withdrawal is not a deletion request. This version does not automatically erase those persistent records; privacy and deletion requests require review, including any necessary retention for billing, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations. Ambassadors must not collect customer passwords, payment information or private account data, or send unsolicited bulk messages using referral information. Profile pictures are private account images; customer feedback is visible only to the submitting account and the owner. Never submit passwords or payment details in feedback. For privacy or deletion requests, use Help & Support; eligibility, billing and audit records may need to be retained. See the privacy policy.
Pause, leave or resolve a concern
You can withdraw in Account. Withdrawal stops new referral attribution and new code checkouts and requires renewed owner approval before rejoining. The owner may pause or end participation for suspected fraud, misleading promotion, ineligibility, violation of these terms, security concerns, or program closure. A pause or end of participation does not itself establish wrongdoing. For suspected abuse, VALOREM may act immediately to stop new activity while reviewing the concern. Stop representing yourself as an active ambassador or circulating program offers when participation ends. Pausing or leaving does not cancel existing subscriptions, reverse completed purchases, or invalidate an already opened Stripe Checkout session. Existing subscription discounts follow their original terms. Report an unsafe or misleading offer through Help & Support so the owner can disable the code and reconcile any open sessions.
Questions, disputes and program changes
Contact support@usevalorem.com or Help & Support about attribution, eligibility, recognition, suspension or termination. Provide your account email, relevant dates and the disputed activity, without passwords or payment details. You may ask for an explanation and reconsideration and provide supporting information. The owner reviews available records; corrections depend on the evidence and available controls. No response deadline, referral credit or outcome is guaranteed. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights or restrict truthful reviews. Service disputes remain subject to the service terms and applicable law; this program adds no separate arbitration requirement or waiver. The service terms already contain dispute-resolution provisions, including an individual arbitration agreement, class-action waiver and a time-limited opt-out in Section 17. Review those provisions; this document does not restart or remove an existing opt-out period or override applicable law.
VALOREM may change or discontinue the program prospectively. Material changes require acceptance of the updated version before new referrals or code checkouts. These program terms supplement the VALOREM service terms; they do not change existing subscriptions or Founding Access offers.
